Sharol Tyra's Background

                        Reflections on Becoming a Coach

In retrospect, I realize that my affinity for coaching has always been a part of my life...personally, professionally, and in my community work.

People have always looked to me for leadership, so it was natural for me to earn the rigorous certification I needed to make a transition to coach, mentor and entrepreneur. Even so, I experienced the thrill of change, and now I am dedicated to help others discover how they, too, can change their lives in ways they never dreamed were possible.

My trailblazer clients are discovering that to find the "True Essence" of their lives, they need to learn how to connect body, mind and Spirit and soul. And when they achieve this state, it is like turning on a bright light that enhances their self-esteem, image and sharpens their ability to positively redirect their lives.

This is what my coaching is all about. If you are searching for this kind of life enriching experience, please call on me to help.

    That's it for today, Sharol.

To find the "True Essence of life" you need to learn how to connect body, mind, Spirit,
and soul. When you ac
hieve this state, it is like turning on a bright light that enhances

your ability to be with others. The issue most people have is making this life Essence connection, and that is where a certified coach can offer an invaluable service.

"Sharol is an intuitive and skillful master at identifying the patterns, behaviors and perceptions that people unconsciously let get in their own way of achieving their goals.  She is fearless and sensitive at getting to the heart of the matter in a way that feels safe and nonjudgmental.  Sharol is a dynamic executive coach with the enthusiasm of a cheerleader, the kindness and intuitiveness of a nurse, and fearless brashness of an athletic coach.  Her energy is magnetic and always leaves me wanting more.  Sharol's approach to life coaching seamlessly guides clients through self-exploration, discovery, strategy and transformation in a way that feels very naturally customized and not textbook. Every meeting with Sharol is a new deeper discovery of myself and leaves me with a better awareness of the possibilities within myself and a richer relationship with others."

There is a quiet voice

that comes from the center

of your being.

It can be easily drowned

by the chorus of a negative world.

Only in the stillness

that lies inside you

can you hear it speaking softly…

speaking the wisdom

you have always known.

You have a strong,

beautiful spirit within you…

let it be your guide.
